CalmMeds Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the CalmMeds application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

CalmMeds is a medication reminder and caregiver notification tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or medication decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate and up-to-date medication information
• Ensuring reminder schedules are correct
• Monitoring medication adherence appropriately
• Using the App responsibly within your care environment

4. Caregiver Notifications

If enabled, CalmMeds may notify nominated caregivers when a medication dose is missed.

Caregivers are responsible for responding appropriately. WhyCare is not responsible for caregiver response times, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from notifications.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhyCare shall not be liable for:

• Missed or delayed medication doses
• Incorrect or incomplete medication entries
• Notification delivery failures
• Connectivity issues
• Device malfunctions
• Any medical outcomes arising from use of the App

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Termination

WhyCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity is detected.
