Acceptable Use Policy
CarePlan Writer may be used only by authorised users for lawful care-documentation purposes.
Users must
• Use the built-in anonymisation/privacy workflow and remove unnecessary identifying information.
• Professionally review all generated plans before transferring them to an official care record.
• Respect residents' dignity, confidentiality, choices and applicable data-protection requirements.
• Keep credentials secure and restrict access to authorised staff of the licensed care location.
• Use each Generation Credit for one person only, whether generating one domain, several domains or a complete care-plan set.
Users must not
• Use the service as an emergency, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment or autonomous clinical decision-making system.
• Treat AI output as automatically accurate or transfer it without appropriate professional review.
• Deliberately submit unnecessary direct identifiers, secrets, payment-card data, account passwords or unrelated confidential data.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, security measures or another customer's account.
• Combine information for multiple residents/service users in one generation in order to avoid using the appropriate number of Generation Credits.
• Use a single-location subscription for another care home or care location unless WhyCare has agreed a written multi-location arrangement.
• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or attack the service except to the extent a right cannot lawfully be excluded.
WhyCare may suspend access where it reasonably believes use breaches this policy or creates a material security, legal or safety risk.
